Did I mention that I really like Hacker Pschorr beers? No! Odd, well I do, and just to prove it here is another beer from the Munich brewery. This one celebrates the biggest and best beer festival ever. Ive only been once to Oktoberfest , way back in 2014 but I absolutely loved it. This offering from Hacker Pschorr rolls in at 5.8% , giving it a slight more heavier alcoholic punch, though on the nose and taste this hardly shows. Its a full bodied beer and very clean in taste. The beer, when poured into the glass, is darkish amber in colour, and has a very foamy white head. A very sweet note is present on the nose , almost toffee like, also caramel and liquorice hints too that are very distinctive . There is a small amount of lacing on the glass when the been is being drunk, A beer that is easy drinking and , believe me, three of four bottles can be drunk in quick succession.
