Hacker Pschorr Stern Weiss

The one thing with this beer that Ive subsequently learnt, is that I shouldnt have overchilled it . The taste obviously changes with this degree of coldness, but barring that error a very decent weissbier from Hacker Pschorr

Once poured into the glass a very prominant slighty off white head lingers briefly before fading away. A dark apricot colour liquid appears in the glass, a toffee esque colour . A very cloudy , thick, dense appearance. A classic yeasty note on the aroma, the typical banana and cloves ever present from the beer. As mentioned before Ive slighty over chilled the beer so it does have a harsher edge to it , then if I had poured the beer at room temperature.

The taste is quite sharp, but again that probably due to the chill, very light to medium body mouthfill, not much carbonation but thats not the greatest lose. A decent beer from Hacker Pschorr, another one from their list which I can tick off . Worth getting another bottle to drink once again, Good round offering
